The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. We had a small TV with a few English channels, nice for winding down after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the bathroom plug, but they were quick to address it. The pool area was nicely kept. we had a good stay at Sunotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are exactly like in the picture, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The location is ideal, situated in a semi-residential safe area with easy access to buses and the subway for exploring other parts of the city. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained. Plus, the breakfast included was a great added bonus.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, giving us recommendations on things to do and how to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough storage space for our belongings. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and we enjoyed having a meal at the restaurant on the ground level. we had a great experience.
There was one negative aspect about the hotel that could be improved upon.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were really cute and friendly. The hotel was very quiet and located right near a metro station. Everything on the metro was within 10 minutes, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel had a restaurant on the ground level, convenient for breakfast. There were also stores and public transportation options close by.
